At Antigravity, we take your privacy seriously. This policy outlines how we handle data to provide our automated influencer seeding and tracking services. By using our platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account Data

We collect your name, email address, and encrypted password authentication data to secure your account access and provide support.

Integration Data (Shopify)

When you connect your store, we access Order Data (Shipment status, Customer Name, Shipping Address) strictly for the purpose of tracking shipments and matching them to influencers.

Influencer Data

We store Influencer Social Handles (publicly available) and Shipping Addresses provided by you or the influencer.

Important: This data is isolated to your account and is used solely for the management of your specific campaigns. We do not sell or share your influencer lists with other users.

2. How We Use Data

Shipment Tracking: To detect delivery status via carrier APIs (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) so we know when to start monitoring for posts.
Content Detection: To crawl public social media profiles (Instagram, TikTok) using official and third-party APIs to detect specific hashtags, mentions, or tags related to your brand.
Automated Communication: To send automated transactional emails ("Nudges") to influencers on your behalf via our email service provider.

3. Third-Party Sub-Processors

We use trusted third-party services to operate our infrastructure. Your data may be processed by the following providers:

Google Firebase	Database hosting, User Authentication, and Cloud Functions.
Resend	Transactional email delivery infrastructure.
Shopify API	Synchronization of order and fulfillment data.
PostHog / Google Analytics	Anonymized user behavior analytics to improve platform performance.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.

Right to be Forgotten

You have the right to request the full deletion of your account and all associated data, including synced influencer information and campaign history. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@antigravity.com. We will process your deletion request within 30 days.
