1. Definitions

"Account" refers to your secure access point to the Antigravity platform.

"Subscription" refers to the recurring billing agreement for access to our services.

"Ghosting Detection" refers to our proprietary algorithmic tracking of social media posts relative to seeded shipments.

2. Liability Disclaimer

Antigravity is technically defined as a tracking and analytics tool. While our platform facilitates communication and tracking of influencer campaigns, standard human behavior variables apply.

Important: We cannot guarantee specific influencer behavior, posting compliance, or marketing ROI. We provide the data; the relationships are yours to manage.

Antigravity shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to inventory loss or missed marketing opportunities.

3. Subscription & Billing

  • Billing Cycle: Service is billed on a monthly basis in advance.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard. Access will continue until the end of fit current billing period.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

4. Data Usage

To function, Antigravity requires connection to your Shopify store.

  • We access order data in a read-only capacity to import shipment details.
  • We do not modify your store's inventory, pricing, or customer data.
  • Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
